HR/Talent Acquisition Representative - Job #1029

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist Human Resources of complex details and advanced administrative duties
  • Schedules and monitors interviews
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (Newton)
  • Provide support for sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Handles travel plans as required 
  • May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks
  • Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports and recommendations
  • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties
  • Contacts company employees at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare new hire requisitions
  • Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature 
  • Assignments may be in various functional areas 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5  years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Life Science experience preferred
